Hands down a good ECU flash for the money will be one of the few power mods you can actually notice the difference. It's not going to blow your mind but you'll notice the difference compared to just an exhaust and K&N filter. I did Joes flash and for the price not complaining.

Don't waste money on the led as the design I tested was a very bad design and light disbursement was everywhere. Some people won't recomend HID but I've been using then for 7 years in all types of vehicles and if adjusted correctly work very well. I'd recommend to at least get a bi-xenon HID...
