Hypo - I think they still have your rear brackets installed upside down. When I put my Corbin on like yours and the rear sat up I could see a gap into the battery compartment from the rear. I turned the brackets over and now the seat covers the frame rails evenly from front to rear and lines...

Excellent job photo-documenting Corbin's issues with the fit of the seat! I really should have done the same when I received mine, but was pissed off and on a mission, so I just fixed it and went riding. I still need to have another go at it and do something to resolve the vibration problem...

Those rear tabs are installed upside down - just like mine were!! Turn them over and the seat will drop down correct and match angles up front with the tank. Thanks for doing a proper job of photographing this seat before having to start smacking it around to get the fit right. Your bolts...

I e-mailed over to superbiketoystore.com who I thought was my closest dealer for ECUleashed. I got an unexpected response - friendly but unexpected. They recommend doing BOTH a reflash AND a PC to get everything just right. I doubt this is BS - but it is way more than my budget is ready to part...

The ECU reflash from ECUnleased is only $450 - I believe that is the company that Hellgate went through. From what I read it doesn't take you to trackbike level. I'm not looking to go anywhere near trackbike performance, I would have just bought an R1 if I wanted that. I love my FZ8 and don't...

Thanks Calscrazy - Those are some important things to consider before I think about flashing the ECU. My concern with the PC was me screwing the thing up trying to install or program it. I need to study up on this some more.
