Thanks for the reply... but I think a better deal here in the US is Lean Angel Jeans. Cost almost as much or just as much as the kyrano but without having to worry about duties and fees from abroad. Plus I think they do a better job at hiding the fact your wearing motorcycle jeans at all...

Can anyone comment on what it cost to their door in the USA for Hood or Kyrano jeans? Where there any additional duty fees on top of the price \ exhange rate minus VAT? This is the current pricing for the Kyranos C8 jeans from Hood... The Kyrano G8 jean plus shipping minus VAT total costs are...

Does the Rotella come in a 10w40 or 20w40 as the bike specs require? I believe those were two of the variations approved by the specs. 5w40 wasn't.

Finally got the stand on. The new adapter plate worked. However I had to add a washer in the top mount, behind it, so that it would stick out a hair more to allow the cotter pin to move in and out freely. Without it I could not get the cotter pin in. Not sure if anyone else had this issue...

How do you install any of these tidys without cutting wires?

Did they ever make a more sleeker design that is closer to the body? I heard one of the first guys on this forum to get the 905 bars said they stuck out too far for his liking and was hoping they'd redo them for him, tightening them up a bit.

Well not sure how that's possible as I just told them about the issue over this past weekend. Yours was probably already in transit. Only thing I can think of is my adapter plate was the wrong one.

How were you so lucky? My lower pin wouldn't come up high enough to work. That is why I'm waiting on a new adapter plate with more adjustment in the up position.

Still in the process of installing. After finding some time I was able to get the bolt installed the right way with the collar that stays on the bike. But then I came upon the issue with the adapter plate supplied... apparently it doesn't fit the FZ8 like it does the FZ1. They are going to be...

Just installed my new barracuda gp1 exhaust. The way I ordered it was 300 mm length (for the exhaust itself), ultrashort link pipe, stainless steel look, and laser logo. The ultrashort link pipe is what allows this to be their shortest version. When it was received they put on a decal sticker...

Update... Just wanted to let you guys know that I had some issues installing the stand the other day over the weekend. But it was just bad instructions since they were not for the FZ1 but rather a different brand cycle. Hopefully if they sell any more of these to other FZ8 owners they include...

This was one of my considerations before I ordered the MRA Racescreen found in a recent post. I went with MRA as I liked the attachment point off the handlebar rather than the rafale on the handlebar. Plus MRA had nice shots of the screen on the FZ8 which PUIG does not. This took the guess out...

I just installed my racescreen with the long awaited hksg mount. I was the first guy who had this on order but i bet they ordered extra because it seems the OP got his too, just as fast as.me. So far i havent gone for a ride but it looks good imo. I know the talk about these are naked bikes...
