I'd have to let you know this spring. Haven't done anything really quick while I had the new seats. I would say though that if you like to do a lot of track days and such, you might want to keep the stock cover on (or something smooth). Gutting the seat though, that's good both ways.

Oh, you got it man. I'm planning on taking a long weekend trip with my new tailbag anywhere other than Illinois as soon as the weather gets nice. But from the 2 hour normal rides I took before winter, the seat is already like night and day. We'll see about a good 6-8 hour one.

Riding around like normal? Leather jacket, jeans, sidi boots, gloves, helmet. If I'm going on the highway, I wear my textile riding pants instead plus everything else. I've been trying to get my dad to wear his leather jacket or even his textile jacket plus a helmet, but he won't do it...
