The dealer told me that during the break-in period to vary the rpm's while riding. I haven't broken in a bike before, and I was wondering how much I'm supposed to vary the rpm's and what the max it should be run during break-in.

It peaked out at about 45 here today. Supposed to be 60 tomorrow so I'm hoping to put a few miles on.

Thank you everyone. I think i'll go for keeping a paper map in a tank bag and using it while stopped. Any suggestions on a good tank bag for our bikes?

What is the best for/what do you use for navigation? I've seen tank bags with a map window, tank bags with gps window, and the RAM iphone mounts. I'm curious what you guys use and why you use it.

Hey guys, I'm really enjoying all the information about our bikes on this forum. I am wondering though, is there a good motorcycle forum around that is less bike specific?

Would there be any significant advantage to getting the larger diameter? A quarter inch doesn't seem that big of a difference, but I feel there must be some reason for offering two sizes.
