Any other opinions on the 12' fz8 vs. the 13'??

i am in the same situation but with no trade. I like the idea of the 12 being almost a grand cheaper,could use that for alot of mods!

Im looking at a 12 fz8 and i wanted to add afew gold accents to match the forks.Where is the best place to buy the billit parts with the gold color that matches??

I like the danmoto also but how well does this slipon hold up compared to the yosh or others?? Its hard for me to believe that for a 100$ that it high quality? Or are the others way overpriced?

Where did you get the rear seat cowel with the matte finish?

Can you use just good quality car soap to wash it?

I finally got to see a 13 fz8 today at the dealership and the matte finish looks alot better in person i think.It almost looks metallic up close

I have been on the Bestem USA web site and their carbon fiber seems nice. Only seen the tank cover on a fz8 and i was wondering if anyone else has any other parts on their bike? Do they make a quality product and does it match other carbon fiber,like a yosh slip on? Pictures would be great too...

Im hoping that is the way i will feel too!

The first road bike but i have owned and raced dirt bikes for years. Knees are getting bad so i guess its time for some street riding! lol

These are the two bikes i am considering! I like the looks of the z1000 but it is alot more $$.The only thing thats holding me back on the FZ8 is the matte paint,just cant get myself to like it!!
