That's my ex-seven :( Met the curb at an autox 2 years ago. Had six or seven years of absolute blast with that car. Sold it to my nephew and now, VERY slowly (too busy), building another one.

Old car was a BEAST. 1750 lbs, LS1 with Head/Cam package. 420hp to the wheels. 6 speed manual, Torsen diff. Never got a proper quarter mile :/. Wouldn't let me on the track. LOL. Need scatter shields according to time brackets. Low 10's car.

New car will be a blast in its own way. 750lbs, R1 drivetrain, single seater. Won't have just the raw power of the old, but will be more nimble, and more inline with the "add lightness" philosophy of the Seven.

One of my good pals in UK has a Caterham R500. Never had the pleasure but he says it's mad as a box of tree frogs. And...he drives a 650hp Escort Cosworth as his daily driver :eek:

At the NEC Bike show in Birmingham UK, 60years old this year, but young at heart...the day i cant throw my leg over a bike...is the day i go to Bike Heaven...i just love being out on the Bike :D
