62 000km on my 2011 FZ8 . Valves were surprisingly within specifications. Got them checked at around 50 000km. Been a great bike. No problems what so ever.

So I should be looking for a total length of 4" or so for the projector? Seems like a lot of the 3" projectors are 5" or longer. Or is it the width and height of a 3" projector may not fit in the housing? Thanks for all the info from you guys!

Just wondering what size are these projectors you guys are using for the fz8 headlight conversion? I have been looking on line and see a lot of 2.5" or 3" projectors. Any input would be appreciated! Thanks!

Sorry for the crappy boring video. My go pro battery died twice during this trip when I got into the nice curvy roads. Oregon is an amazing place to ride. I make a road trip there once a year in the summer time. Next time I should make a trip down to northern California next time.

Another FZ8 rider here from Delta BC. I've had my FZ8 since 2011 and finally seeing a few FZ8's on the road. I am part of BCSB bcsportbikes.com . There are regular rides that happen all the time if you want to ride with other sport bikes. I tend to stay away from the big group rides on BCSB...

I got my Yoshi R-77d from Bayside Performance in Vancouver just off of Marine and Fraser St. Not too loud like a 2 brothers. I've heard a 2 bros. and a Leo Vince . My choice out of those three would be R77d the best, Leo Vince second best and then 2 bros.

2011 FZ8 bought 2yrs ago brand new. 39 455km or 24 516miles. No problems what so ever. Just regular maintenance and I ride it as a daily commuter rain or shine.

All I can say is I like the FZ8. Few things that needed changing but love it.

I have used piaa extreme white bulb specific for motorcycles on my fz8 since new 2011 and have never had issues of being too hot or damaging anything. I was worried about damage from a hotter bulb but the piaa I use seems to be fine. Picked it up at Napa for $49 can. Dollars. The bulb is...

Bikes is insured all year. I ride as long as there is no snow or frost in the mornings. This morning was -2Celsius but I toughed it out and rode. Itching to get on and ride!
