Hi Guys,
Maybe a long shot but! Does anybody know what the part number is for the bolt/studs that screw in to the cylinder head that hold the exhaust manifold in place?
Turns out someone over tightened a few of mine and they now need replacing..
I've found a website that does them but...
OK so I finished my install today, unfortunately I'm not able to try the halo and demon eye yet as I can't start up the engine at the moment...
I've sprayed the chrome bezel in black which I think looks just awesome!
I was doing an oil change and noticed that the oil plug was a little tight, turns out whoever put it in must have cross threaded it, as I pulled it out it stripped the thread. :(
I've got new pan coming so I am just getting the bike ready to swap straight over.
It seems that whoever had...
Yeah I didn't think so! It's kind of all making more sense now as I'm pretty sure that this would not have happened from factory so I'm guessing that someone has already removed the exhaust when they tried to repair the oil pan that they screwed up... Hence why I'm having to replace the pan...
Hi Guys,
So I've had to remove the exhaust so that I can replace the oil pan....
But I've noticed that a few of the bolts that screw in to the head and hold the clamps in place are a little bent? Is this normal or has someone over tightened these?
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
Yeap stripped the plug, I got confused when removing the plug and tightened or instead....
OK thanks for the heads up guys, I take it I should order 4x gaskets for the Exhaust too?
Hi Guys,
Ive been forced to replaced the oil pan/sump on my 2011, one question I have is do I have to remove the exhausts/manifold to get the sump/pan off?
Does anyone have any instructions or tips for this?
Thanks in advance!

Stupid Question?
Hi Guys,
This may be a stupid question... but here goes:
Are you reinstalling the removed air filter or just leaving the bike with no filter in the air box?
Thanks
Anthony
