What Grips do you recommend?

I wanna make an inexpensive upgrade to the bike. I currently have some Renthal grips but I find that they do not have much cushioning. When commuting they are OK, but on long rides it really becomes noticeable and irritating.

What grips do you guys recommend?

Or what short gloves have a decent amount of palm cushioning?

I have Pro-Grip 725 gels.
Work just fine for me. But I am also running Renthal bars which cut down on the vibes much better than stock.
