suspension settings

Does Any one knows which are the best suspension settings for the '13 fz8?
I have been trying to set it I can not find the sweet spot.

Need to set your sag first. Then you can go from there and adjust the rest.

idk about the '13, as i have the '12, but i weigh 220 and so turned up the preload on the rear 2 notches, and it became much more controllable. way less hop.
