Shad Black and Gold Trimmed Seat

Selling my Shad seat from my FZ08 that I just sold. The seat is slightly used with some wear and tear. Small tear on rider seat left side and some yellow spots on both rider and passenger seat. I have no clue what the spots are from, they look like paint(road paint maybe) but will not come off(at least for me). I came out to my bike one day and only the seats had the spots on them, not my bike...so yeah. Anyways, they are still in good condition overall and look good on the bike. Asking $150 plus shipping. Anyone knows, if Shad seat will fit on Fazer 800 with Yamaha's topbox rack?

According to Shads website the seats fit the Fazor 800 but I am not sure if the Yamaha topbox will affect that. I have linked the seat on Shad's site that supports the seat will fit. If you are interested just shoot me an email, thanks.
