Radar detector mounts

Hi there,

I was only able to find one thread on this from several years ago, and rather than bump the old one, I thought I'd start a new one.

Anyone have a radar mount they are very happy with? I have seen the RAM stuff and the Techmount stuff but nothing really excites me.

I am particularly interested in the Fazer 8 as that is what I have, but a bar mount is a bar mount regardless. If anyone did anything unique with a fairing/windscreen mount on their Fazer, please throw up some details and pictures.

I have not done anything yet...I have been debating the Ram mount for my Escort solo s3 but its tough to justify putting a $350 radar detector on a bike with only magnets....
