I am not a fan of any kind of bags, however, it looks fine where it is. The top should be horizontal, not at any kind of angle.

get a picture of you sitting on it... if you can. I HATE high bags behind me like that, and it looks really high in that picture... but once you sit on the bike it probably drops nicely.

Well I got the rack done and installed last night. All in all I'm happy with it. there is a few things I want to change but that's the nice thing about it. I made it so I can change it. Here is a quick pic, my buddy says you can't see it if im on the bike.
