My Dash LCD is Discoloring??????

Part of the ones digit of the mph indication appears to be changing to a "Rust" color. When the display is off it looks like a stain on the LCD....??????? Anyone else had this happen to their display? Looks like someone spilled a small amount of Coke on it and didn't wipe it off. I tried to no avail....

No Florida Sun, I've been in very bad shape health wise for a while. Bike has only got 450 miles on it since Halloween when it was new. Been in my climate controlled garage with the other 3 bikes 99.9% of that time.
