Lowering front end

Does anybody know what is the torque spec for the bolts on the lower and upper clamps at the front end. I wanna lower it a bit. Thank you.

Upper bracket pinch bolts are ~ 26Nm / 19 ft-lb / 228 in-lb.
Lower bracket pinch bolts are ~ 23Nm / 17 ft-lb / 204 in-lb.

just dont go over 10mm down if you are not lowering the rear (you can add 10mm lower to the front, it handles better!)
