How low can lower my front end and what is the torque to tighten the bolts. Any info and comments will be appreciated.

Somehow you need to lift the front end, loosin up the pinch bolts and raise the fork in the triple. Make sure it's perfectly equal side to side. Small step at the time 2-3mm until it feel good.

You can either tie the back up with ratchet strap or if you have someone to help you, leave the bike on the side stand and have someone to lean the bike a little more and lift the front wheel.

This might be a dumb question but can this be done without removing the wheel? Would that help keep things aligned? You could use a level on the rim of the wheel to check if it is tipped.
