To an extent. In this case no because the cop didn't draw on him, he wasn't being assaulted, and the fact that its a cop lol. Most cop killers don't go to jail, they get shot 50 times lol.

My favorite part is when the cop was yelling at him for being "too far from the car ahead of him". Like seriously? the driver of the white car was being skeptical so the biker had all the right to give him the distance...

Fuck all will come of it. Police dept doing an internal of its own, how fucking fair is that. Have an independent source look at and perhaps this tool will get his bollocks slapped, but I sincerely doubt it.
