How to fix?

Hi,

I am planning on buying a 2011 FZ8. It's evident from the bikes condition that its left outside to rust. I am most worried about the below pic. Can this be fixed without replacement parts? I am not savvy with tools and never maintained my bike on my own. Any help suggestion is appreciated.

that would be the oil cooler. It is fine if its rusted along there, as long as there is no cracks or its not leaking. If you dont like to see it rusting, the only way is to replace the oil cooler.
