How many miles you got on your fz8?

Curious about your mileage and whether anything's gone wrong with the bike for you.


27,690 miles on my 2011 FZ8, bought it brand new in Jan 2012 with 0 miles on the odometer.

Has been an exceptional bike so far: bulletproof, almost. absolutely nothing wrong with it, followed the maintenance schedule and it treated me well so far.

Ummm...900miles! We are on oppoisite sides of the spectrum! Bought mine with 0 miles too, but only a month+ ago.

Got my bike new at the end of July and did about 2400 miles so far. I hate to say that winter is coming and I will have to store the bike... I wanted to put the bike in the living room for winter but the girlfriend won the battle... in the garage she will stay then :)

I wish I could ride all year... and no problem to report.

If you put it in your living room you can sit on it all winter and make revving noises! Or Burnouts..

Bought mine brand new April 8th of 2013, 2700 miles so far. I will have to put it away for the winter probably very soon:mad:. No problems at all so far.

I bought mine in February 2012 with 230 miles on it (demo bike). Now it's at 11,200 miles with 1000 miles on the track. Change the oil every 2000 miles or every 2 track days. So far so good!

Purchased with 0 miles in early April 2013.

Here it is October, and I have 7,500 miles on it. Works out to 15,000 miles a year... not too bad...

My commute is only 5 miles, most of that is canyon carving an driving to LA

Bought mine new August 1rst 2013 and it has 4500 miles on it now. They way i see it in RI, I'll have to put it in the living room by november....time to get the truck running LOL
