help identifying a bike

i no this is a yamaha forum and all but i need some help. im trying to figure out the specifics on what this bike is... all i no is its a harley.... i cant remember the year make what edition all that good stuff.

the bike was my moms boyfriends before he passed away from heart issuses at the age of 43. at the time i didnt have the money to buy the bike and i didnt no i wanted a bike. but now im looking to get it as a 2nd bike. im going to try to get the identical bike....

It's a Harley Softail Standard (FXST) from around 2005 with the optional Screaming Eagle 16ga exhaust, aftermarket seat, and fork bag. Everything else looks stock.

I have a Softail Night Train. It's the same but everything is black instead of chrome.
