Headlamp adjustment

Went out late at night for the first time since owning the bike. Lots of cars flashing me and quickly realised that my dip beam is far too high. The rider's manual just refers you to the dealer. Is adjustment a simple task?

Must get hold of the workshop manual by the way. Can anyone help with that too please?

This has been brought up before. Try doing a search next time. Here is the answer to your question:

There are two silver hex screws in the back, 1 lower left and 1 upper right.

The lower left screw adjusts the beam up and down. Clockwise to go down, counter clockwise to go up.

The upper right screw adjusts the beam laterally (side to side). Clockwise to go right, counter clockwise to go left.

Many thanks RM. Acknowledged about the search facility :)
