for sure.
I rode in 55F weather coming home from work at night. had to fill the tank up, man was my leg getting cold from the tank lol but once it stared to warm up, I had a death grip on it with my legs

Cant imagine 30-40F temperature....

Ahh...yeah in AZ during the summer months your gas tank is the last thing you want to wrap your legs around.... and it makes you NOT want to stop at stop lights!
