Bought this about a month ago. I find I'm just not using it. Going to try out a cramp buster instead. I paid $22, shipped. Yours for $15, US only. Still have the silicone band, too. It works exactly as advertised. I just don't ride frequently enough where there's no traffic/steady speed to take advantage of it.
