Frame Sliders

Can someone tell me if frame sliders for say an R6 or R1 (no cut versions) would work on a 2011 FZ8? I see no reason not, assuming the thread and counterbore are the same....

There are more selections and priced far better which is why I ask.

I have a set of t-rex frame sliders on my bike and I won't buy anything else after seeing the quality of them. They are seriously bad ass and they are solid, not hollow so if it does slide there is more material it has to wear off before it becomes frame.

I just got mine yesterday..They haven't made their way onto the bike yet but look the goods. Very solid indeed.
They were fairly priced as well, check 'em out for sure!
