Flash Rate controller.....

I'm looking at LED turn signals, front and rear. Do I need 4 flash rate controllers? Or 2 (1 for front and 1 for back), or just one for the whole bike?

You need one for the front an the back they are not on the some relay

I swapped only the one under the seat and all four work great. Even hazard/warning lights work (that was not the case when I installed blinkers with supplied resistors!).

Incorrect. 1 relay for all turn signals. It's on the right side of the seat pan.

I bought mine form Larssons for less then 10$. Removed passanger seat, disconnect the plug from old (small black box on the right side) one and connected to the new one. Done. Getting rid of the resistors took me a lot longer.
