First Ride on the 8

Well I finally took the 8 out yesterday after taking delivery over a week ago.

Very impressed with the bike, not up and down the gears like the R6 very comfy well pleased

Comgratulations on the new bike!. I see in the photo that there is snow, what clothes you use for that time of year?

Congratulations! I'm super jealous of the white paint, they only offered the 8 in matte gray/matte black where I am at. Hopefully in a year or so I will be able to get a paint job.

Yeah we have some freak weather conditions in the UK at the moment for spring it was around 3°C

I had my spada textiles with thermals zipped in and richa sub zero textile gloves

Also have the Yamaha heated grips fitted as part of the touring kit purchased

Yeah luv the white and gold colours, shame the 2013 only comes in white and black
