Hey guys,

I'm new here, watching the forum for some tips.

Got my bike driving license two weeks ago.

My bike is a FZ8 black, bought it at 10700km, I rode approximately 500km, still learning to drive :)

I live in the "center" of France, very flat place, temperatures from 0° (like right now) in winter, to 30° in summer.

Cheers

I bet I will, but I'm still in the learning process.

Quite afraid to lean in turns, keeping the rpm to a 6K/9k top, driving cool.

I'm quite the chicken when it comes to driving on wet surfaces.

All my buddies told me that the FZ8 was a very sharp bike, so I guess I'll enjoy it :)

French type yogurt? There are many.

Question about American riders: I saw a lot of new riders going for 250/300cc bikes.

Is that common?

In France, new riders often take 500, 600cc (XJ6, ER6, FZ6 etc) and it's quite rare to see 250cc.

I was just wondering.
