The Diadoras arrived today replacing my defective teknics... so far, wearing them around the house to break them in a little... the fit, finish and construction appear to be 1000% better than the teknics. First ride will be tomorrow
$175 shipped no close out from Competition Accessories.
They're a little thicker than I'm used to and I'll have to adjust the shift lever after work today.
Also, they're DEFINITELY riding boots, not walking around boots.
Update: About 150 miles with the new boots now. Despite the $175 price tag, they feel like a top notch race boot. Hoping they break in a bit more so I have better feel when shifting, but love em otherwise
I wear a 10 to 10.5 depending on brand. I ordered a 44.
I've got big ankles and ninja turtle calves so zipping them up will be tough til they break in... but the foot and heal fit me perfect.
