So after hating how these bags fi with their gigantic straps across the top of the rear seat I decided something had to be done. They were also very slippery if my passenger sat on them which defeated the purpose of my SHAD seat.
So I did what any intelligent person would do to their 350$ Brand new saddle bags. I cut them.
I cut roughly 6" off of the center velcro straps. I then placed 3m Velcro strips on the inside of the rear fender, under where the rear seat went.
Now you just pop off the rear seat, and fold the velcro in and under the sides of the fender nice and snug and BAM low-key subtle mounted bags that don't interfere with your +1!
I picked them up from a tailor today, I had the ends sewn shut, and the velcro switch from the top to the bottom side of the Left side bag.
These things fit great, an no longer interfere with +1 riding. No more ugly strap over the rear seat.
