Cheapest way to ship

Has anyone here shipped something to Norway before? If so, what was the cheapest way?

Is it USPS?

I have never shipped to Norway, but I have used USPS to ship small items to Great Britain, Australia and New Zealand. All of the items made it there in a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost. I used a USPS Flat Rate International box.

8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8" box less than 4 lbs - $23.95
13-5/8" x 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" or 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" less than 20 lbs - $59.95

I have ship to Norway.. I took my car and drove.. 2 hours and the package was delivered
