Dupont Teflon. Lube usually around 600 or so miles, more often if riding in dusty stuff. If I can see it looks dry, I'll lube it as well. Real easy with a center stand.

Maxima is what I use. Gold can. I usually do it between 500-600 miles or after rain.

In the past I have always used DuPont Teflon Chain-Saver Lubricant, but i recently picked up WD-40 Specialist White Lithium Grease. I have always been satisfied with the DuPont but many of the high end manufacturers use White Lithium so I figured I would give it a try.

Either way I usually go 6-800 miles or if the chain gets wet.

Another vote for DuPont Chain Saver. I've tried several others, including expensive stuff like Motul and Lucas; I always go back to DuPont. Either the Chain Saver or the Multi-Purpose bottle works just fine.
