Blown fuses

Can anybody tell me if they have blown fuses 7 & 8 which are listed as the left radiator and headlight. The headlight still works because I think it's connected to the tail light fuse but I'm worried the left fan won't work?

Can anybody tell me if they have blown fuses 7 & 8 which are listed as the left radiator and headlight. The headlight still works because I think it's connected to the tail light fuse but I'm worried the left fan won't work?

Spin the left fan and see if it moves freely like the right. If it's chunky, it's popping the fuse cuz it's drawing too much current to make it move. Do the wires for the fan and the headlight run together? Trace the harness and look for chaffing.
