Anyone else's having problems with their clutch cable?

I was riding home tonight and I felt my clutch cable slip... to the point that I couldn't shift with the clutch. I can upshift fine without using the clutch, but I couldn't downshift. My adjuster on my perch is almost all the way out. I just adjusted the slack at my spline 3 or 4 hundred miles ago.

Anyone else having similar issues? BTW. I only have 8200 miles on her

I was just noticing today that mine seemed a bit further out that I used to remember, but I can't tell for sure. Yes, I have lots of dead time in stop and go traffic to stare at the handle bar. LOL
