Aluminum vs Carbon Fiber Exhaust

Interested in a new can for the FZ8 but I am having a hard time deciding on either Aluminum or Carbon Fiber. Was looking at 2Bros website and the instructions say not to Dyno test with Carbon or Ti because it can cause discoloring and burns. Since my plans include dyno runs I have started leaning back toward Aluminum. Also I am looking for something that is going to stay on the bike long term so I wonder about the durability and UV of Carbon.

Has anyone had any issues Dyno-ing with Carbon or Ti? What are your thoughts? Has anyone had any long term affairs with these types of materials?

Any thoughts or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

A few years back, I built a Bandit 12 fighter and spared no expence on the engine. It dyno'd at 152 at the rear wheel.
I had a full D & D (Texas) system on it including a full carbon muffler. After a year of abuse, dyno pulls, 5th gear burnouts etc, the entire muffler collapsed on itself. I don't blame D & D, it was a quality product, it just couldn't hold up to me being a childish knob end!!!!
