Howzit everyone?

Three days ago I sold my '02 Honda 919 and yesterday I went into the dealership and picked me up a new 2012 FZ8. It was a dead heap between the CB1000R, Speed Triple and FZ8 but since the CB1000R would be a special order, it was down to the Triumph and Yamaha.

After giving much thought I went with the FZ8 and am more than happy with my decision, even though I have to go through the engine break-in period... can't wait until 1000 miles are over!
Any other riders from O'ahu? Noticed two other FZ8's here on post.

By the way, I considered a Honda 919 some time back. How does the FZ8 compare, just for interest?

Too early to tell since I'm still breaking it in. Plus I had it for 6 years and a laundry list of mods to it that I don't think I can fairly compare. So far the two things I like about the FZ8 is the styling and aftermarket support.
