11.XXX kms: service required?

My bike has 11.XXX km now, and I was wondering what things do I have to check, or do to control that everything is ok?.

Valves must be regulated? Scan the injection? . What else?

Spark plugs: does anyone knows which ones are the OEM spark plugs?. Any suggestions?

I changed oil and oil filter every 4,000 km + clean my K&N air filter

BTW: check valve clearence + adjust - every 40.000 km !?. WOW!!
