Where are you at in Illinois? I noticed that they still had a 2013 FZ8 in the showroom of BBK Kawasaki when I took my FZ8 in for the 600 mile service. I bought one of the 2 that they had for $5995 last year in August. It might be even cheaper now.

I usually keep it at least 5k rpms, the fun doesn't start til 8k.

It's normal. The front turn signals are also running lights. The rear are just signal lights.

:welcome: I would love to do a trackday with the FZ8, the bike just seems to love the twisties. Too bad I'm in IL where the roads don't get twisty until about 2 hours away from where I'm at.

Really small world, I went to Fornarelli too for my old bike. Gonna go to BBK for the 600 mile check then back to Fornarelli for everything else except oil changes.

Got a great deal on it, I see some used 2012's on craigslist on sale for more than my new 2013.

Elgin/Gilberts area. Wish I can ride more but with 2 toddlers and work, bike s mostly used as a commuter.
