That is the exact reason I ended up getting the Jardine RT5 instead. The Vance and Hines was on back order for 4 months. Post some videos soon I want to hear how it sounds!

Jardine RT5 I don't know if anyone has posted a video of an FZ8 with Jardine RT5 exhaust, but here's mine. It's pretty load but everyone on the road have told me that it sounds awesome, I agree. I think I need to invest in earplugs though. Not sure how to post videos yet so here's the link...

I'm a chemical engineer and a total nerd. I've watched some videos of riders and a lot of them seem like they are somewhat geeky as well. Who considers themselves a nerd and why?

Fit I drive a Honda fit on the side, and get better gas mileage with that than the FZ8. I think that has to do with how fun the FZ8 is when you push it. On a side note, can you guys tell me how to start a new thread on this forum? I have looked all over and I don't know how to start one.
