What kind of coolant should I use in my bike?

Going to do a coolant change and was wondering if Prestone 50/50 premix is ok to use?

That should be fine. Manual states it should be ethylene-glycol based antifreeze. I used peak 50/50 just cause it's what was on the shelf where I went.

How full is your resovior when the bike is cold? I noticed mine when it was cold looked low but the bike never has ran hot and it's been like that all season.

Your resovior will be low when cold and high when hot, if this is the case do not add coolant.

I've got bottle of OAT radiator coolant made by Freezetone (Organic Acid base, Ethylene Glycol free, water free). Can I use it for my bike (FZ8-2011) while Yamaha recommendation is Ethylene Glycol in water 1:1? The ambient temp in my country usually 30degC up
