Went for a ride today

It had been a while
weather has been chilly
and I have really been busy
so I woke up and decided to just go out and ride, I grabbed the camera because part of the ride back would be paralleling the Arizona and California rail road, and getting pictures of them is really a rare accomplishment.

well that did not happen, they were nowhere to be seen

but the ride was nice,

Down the 10 freeway till I got to the Colorado River and turn north, follow the river north and just kind of enjoy the views. I shot north way to far and ended up in needles CA.

After a great lunch I went to AVI indian casino, purchased a lot of tax free tobacco and some fireworks till my back pack was full and then backtracked south. I cut across the desert on several little known gravel roads at about 25 MPH till I hit the road that leads home from the north.

MY bike is trashed, needs a detail

I am stroked, need a few cocktails to calm down from the Killer high only a good ride gives you.

Going take a shower and have some Jagermiser.

Life is good, even in January if you live in the desert

sounds good. today was the first "warm" day we've had in a few weeks, along with 1-2" of rain.

I got all giddy when I saw we were getting weather like that then I saw the rain so I just sat on my bike and looked out my garage door with the engine on.

done that also. sat on the bike in the rain in the carport, sandwiched by the 72 chevelle. (i hate that car). ill ride tomorrow for all who cant.
