Question K&N no tune

Is anyone still tuning that can tell me if the 779 runs lean on its stock tune after a drop in K&N air filter?

I recently replaced the stock air filter with a K&N, but I'm not sure the answer to this question. I'd be interested to know if there's any change. I'd imagine the computer would meter the gas through the fuel injection differently if the air volume would change.

That is what I am asking.
Does anyone know for sure if the ECU starts adding fuel to counter a lean condition?
