How to remove stock turn signals

Hi everyone. The 2013 FZ8 is my second bike and I'm trying to replace the stock front turn signals with flush mount turn signals. I've gotten the headlight mounts off and I have the turn signals disassembled to the point where the flexible turn signal mounting is all that's left on the wiring. I have no idea how to remove this housing and any tips or tricks would be appreciated.

The rubber flexible base should just pop out of the plastic headlamp side panel in which it is attached.

Hello, There is a hard plastic piece inside the turn signal that the wires comes through. Take that out and it will come off the bike. Hope this helps. Here is a link to a video of this.
