Almost like the jackets with the "love handles" for the passenger.

I guess that this is installed on the gas cap and angled.... backwards or forwards?

anyways thought someone would find this usefull or a lot of people would find it funny lol

Angled backwards on the cap. It lets the passenger brace/hold onto so they dont slide forward or have to hug the rider. Another thing worth noting, my gf's arms are too short (she is just 5ft or so) to brace on the tank itself, so that might be another thing it addresses.
