There are 3 wires that connect to the sub-throttle position sensor. The frayed green/yellow wire was the problem. Hope this helps.

Turns out it was frayed green wire at the the connection because of hangry mice. Spliced / heat shrinked the connection and now back in business. Thanks for your assistance Ride Safe
