I am averaging around 44 MPG. I ride conservatively ...for the most part :p My trips are usually 10 miles in town and 30 highway total each day to work and back.

insurance I'm with State Farm, 28 years old, clean record and I pay $15 a month or $180 a year full coverage $500/$500 deductable... I feel quite fortunate compared to what some of you are paying!
