If what you say is correct and you have the video evidence, you have a moral obligation to report it. As alluded to earlier, it might just have been someone who was just trying to be macho and pose as a off duty cop. If that's the case - no worries, just let the law try an deal with it. However...

I do all my own servicing. So long as you have a receipt for the oil change (even if you buy the oil/filter yourself) it is sufficient for warranty purposes. Switch to synthetic oil such as Royal Purple or Amsoil - both have been great in the bikes I have used them on :rockon:

Another absolute must for cheap fixes!!! Will add it to my other favorite - Seal Mate, used for cleaning fork seals and nasty fork oil leaks!!!! Thanks for sharing :rockon:

I love the Yoshi Fender Eliminator. Total quality product - only downside for me is that the Alberta plates are to big to fit in the surround and o don't want to cut it it fit!!!!! Still awesome tho

For me the FZ8 looks every bit the street bike!! The new FZ09 looks like some sort of road/enduro type bike but doesn't pull off either!!! That on piece seat looks awful - I totally think you mad the right choice, and using the FZ09 to leverage a better price is genius!!! Great Buy... :rockon:

Really not a big fan of the FZ9 styling!!! The motor will be great, but the look of the bike - not so much!!!!! IMHO

Holy shit!!!! Couldn't get past the moaning/groaning when he was stationary after the crash. So don know if he was ok!!!! Defo not worth it... IMHO

Totally normal with Yamaha gearboxes - my Fazer 8 (2011) and wife's FZ6R (2013) do it. Just get used to clicking down through the box and use engine braking as you come to a stop.

I think I hit the mother load and my season may be salvaged!!!!!:) A friend of mine gave me the Seal Mate tool as he had great success on his CBR600 after the bike had been plagued with leaky seals. I watched the video on the Seal Mate website and put it into practice on Monday. It's now Weds...

Great set up you have there and he power to the tank bag is a huge plus!! I think you'll have enough storage anyway - uber nice!!!!

Glad to hear that you walked away from this - could have been so much worse!!! i know is sucks but, Bikes can be replaced - u only have one life!!! take care and best wishes.
