Wondering if the FZ1 engine can be swapped in to the FZ8. I assume yes it will mount and fit, but my concern is the airbox and throttle bodies. electronics can always be resolved one way or the other. looking to see if anypone has any experience, I already have the FZ1 engine from a parts bike.

I've tried using search but came up empty really. After examining the 2006-15 fz1 engine it appears to be same mounts, etc almost identical Has anyone attempted the fz1 engine in the fz8?
