    I just had OEM rotors and pads installed (and a new front tire) and the vibration is gone! Was it the rotors or the tire? I may never know but I'll stick with OEM rotors from now on.

    I haven't changed the fork oil. The mechanic and I both looked at the tire and it's fine. My bike does not have ABS (unfortunately not available in North America!).

    Hi From Lévis! I just installed a Yoshimura R77 on mine. It sounds great! It's louder than stock but not too loud (with baffle in) and a bit cheaper that the R77D. Bonne route! ;)

    Stripped oil plug hole

    I accidently over-torqued the oil plug and stripped the threads in the oil pan. I'm wondering which is easier (and maybe cheaper): have the pan rethreaded or simply change the pan (strainer cover assembly, part # 39P-13400-00-00)? I figure they have to take off the oil pan to rethread it anyway...
